All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Returns & Exchanges
Our 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love every piece from Willow & Lace Co. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

- Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging
- Ship to the return address provided
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
